FanFund is a software platform. We are not the promoter of any lottery listed on the platform. Each 50/50 draw is promoted by the named club, charity or society under their small-society-lottery registration issued by their local authority in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005. FanFund provides the technology, payments and email workflows on their behalf.

You must be 18 years of age or over to buy tickets or register an account. Age is verified by a quick identity check, handled securely by Stripe, the first time you buy a ticket. By creating an account you confirm you are 18+ and legally entitled to participate.

Every ticket sold is added to a pot. At the stated draw time, a winner is picked at random. The winner receives 50% of the pot. The remaining 50% is paid to the club, less a platform fee (10–20%, visible on the club dashboard). The platform fee funds the cost of payments, email, hosting and operations — it is never taken from the winner's share.

Draws run at the scheduled time automatically. If a draw does not meet its minimum ticket threshold it will be cancelled and tickets refunded in full. Winner selection uses a cryptographically-seeded random selection and every draw's seed is logged for audit.

Ticket purchases are final once a draw is complete. Refunds are available only if (a) a draw is cancelled by the club or platform, or (b) a technical error is confirmed. Contact hello@fan-fund.com within 14 days.

Winners receive their prize via Stripe Connect Standard. You will complete a short identity-verification onboarding run by Stripe. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the draw. After 30 days, unclaimed prizes are reviewed and may be arranged by manual bank transfer.
